Villa Oliva is located in an area that is as stunning as it is convenient for organising a holiday in Tuscany. We are in the heart of the region, just one hour from Florence, Pisa, and Siena, and 10 minutes from the Gambassi spa. In this ancient territory, which was inhabited by the Etruscans, history also flows in the roads. The most important is Via Francigena, which passes 10 minutes from Villa Oliva to reach San Gimignano in 13 km. This beautiful route is perfect for discovering the wonders of the Florentine Chianti region and its medieval villages, following the slow rhythms of walking and nature, which offers a different spectacle each season.
Villa Oliva offers all the space you need to enjoy and relax in total privacy. The large kitchen lends itself to group cooking classes, the barbecue and the table under the loggia allow for unforgettable evenings under the stars, while a dip in the pool makes it easy to cool off even on hot days. The seating areas outside are the ideal spot to recharge your batteries, whether you prefer to read a book alone or sip a good wine, while your eyes wander among the olive trees that surround the house and inspired the villa's name.

At Villa Oliva the sun always shines. The windows on each side afford a privileged view of the hills from dawn until sunset, when they are tinged with orange. Inside, you only have to raise your eyes to appreciate the warmth of the large wooden beams and enjoy the spectacle created by the light reflected from the Murano glass chandeliers. On the ground floor, the villa welcomes guests in a large living room with a table and fireplace. The kitchen, which is spacious and bright, is equipped with all appliances and an island unit perfect for cooking in company! A double room and a twin room with single beds complete the floor.
The first floor has three rooms: a double room with a balcony and table to allow guests to admire the landscape over breakfast, a double room with a double bed, and a twin room with two single beds overlooking the pool. Every room in the villa offers air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and window.

The beauty of a holiday in the countryside is spending time outdoors, surrounded by the scent of flowers, enjoying the clean air and the feel of the sun on our skin. For this reason, the external area features comfortable seating, a barbecue, a table under the loggia and a sunset point – a pretty corner where you can sit and watch the sun as it slowly sets, surrounded only by the vines and the sounds of nature.
Next to the house is a magnificent swimming pool that sparkles in the sun all day long and includes a waterfall, sun loungers, sunshades and a convenient outdoor shower. At Villa Oliva, boredom is impossible!

To furnish Villa Oliva, we embraced the philosophy of upcycling, seeking out salvaged objects with links to local traditions, driven by the goal of making something even more precious.
The result?
Our guests are amazed by the marvellous original pieces that have been lovingly restored in a contemporary style: old lamps, Carrara marble panelling, wonderful vintage pieces, authentic doors, bedside tables and large wardrobes from the homes of the farmers who once inhabited the Val d’Elsa, all restored by local craftsmen. Each piece tells a story and bears witness to our love for the environment and the land.
